1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of parceit.com (the “Site”) and the AI visibility audit, reporting, and implementation services (“Services”) provided by Parceit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Our Services

Parceit provides:

• Free AI Visibility Audit - An automated analysis of your website that checks how readable your site is for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI). Produces a P-Score from 0 to 100.
• Detailed Report ($49) - A PDF report with every finding explained, step-by-step fix instructions, and code snippets.
• Google Business Profile Setup ($149) - We create and optimize your Google Business Profile for local search and AI visibility.
• AI Visibility Implementation ($399) - We implement all audit findings on your website including schema markup, meta tags, AI bot access, sitemap, robots.txt, and llms.txt.
• Monitoring Waitlist - A free waitlist for an upcoming monthly monitoring subscription ($99/mo, not yet available).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

Some features may require you to provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for any activity under your account. If you provide site access credentials for implementation services, you are responsible for changing passwords after work is completed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the audit tool to crawl sites you do not own or control without permission
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure or databases
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our audit engine source code
• Use automated tools to spam or overload our audit endpoints
• Resell or redistribute our reports without a commercial license
• Provide false or misleading information when requesting services

7. Implementation Services

When you purchase AI Visibility Implementation ($399):

• You grant Parceit temporary access to your website for the purpose of implementing audit fixes.
• You are responsible for backing up your site before granting access. Parceit is not liable for data loss on your website.
• Implementation work includes: schema markup, meta tags, heading structure, AI bot access (robots.txt), sitemap, and llms.txt. Additional work outside this scope may be quoted separately.
• Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive site access.
• You agree to change all shared passwords after work is completed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Parceit audit engine, scoring methodology, reports, website design, and content are owned by Parceit and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of your website and its content. When you provide site access for implementation, you grant us a limited, temporary license to modify your site solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased services.

Code snippets: Fix instructions and code snippets provided in reports are provided for your use. You may use them on your own sites and projects.

Case studies: With your permission, Parceit may use anonymized audit results as case studies or testimonials. We will seek your consent before publishing.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parceit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Parceit's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Parceit in the 90 days preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Parceit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. This Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive shall remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario County, New York.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
